What is involved in a Facial Reflexology treatment?

A consultation is required at the start of your first treatment; this ensures Facial Reflexology is right for you.  The recipient lies on a couch or in a reclining chair. As it's just the face that is worked on, you remain fully clothed at all times, apart from removing jeweller y. You can opt for a shoulder and neck massage at the start of this treatment (including in price), in which case you will be asked to remove your top and you are covered by a towel and blanket.  The treatment starts with a hot towel cleanse to the neck and face. The therapist then applies pressure to the face using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. A Facial Reflexology session lasts approximately 1 hour and treats the whole person rather than specific symptoms. Due to the close proximity of the face to the brain, facial reflexology can feel deeply relaxing and results are almost instance.
